Wonderland Day 9

HAMBURGERS!  Destination hamburger at Longmire!  It's only about 3 miles to the hamburger....... and we get there before the Inn is serving lunch.  Wah wah wah.  Very anticlimactic.  We "settle" for breakfast instead which is epic in and of itself.  Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, english muffin, and the best damn cup of Seattle's Best coffee I've ever had in my life.

Camp Host and Crazy Smoking Camera Couple are here eating also. We are about to leave them behind because tomorrow is our longest day and we'll be finishing a day ahead of them.  Kind of sad about that.

We have 9.5 miles to go today to get to Devil's Dream.  My massively full belly is inhibiting my ability to climb the 2500 foot ascent and it has started raining again.  We met some chicks at Longmire who were cutting their hike short because of rain in the weather forecast.  But we are walking right into it.  Weeeeeeeeee!

All I wanted in life at the General Store was Fritos and hand sanitizer and they had neither.
